Amy Winter
MA, Clinical Child Psychological Associate
Amy Winter is a Psychological Associate registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and young adults in both school and private practice settings. She specializes in conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify learning strengths and needs, attention and executive functioning challenges, and social-emotional concerns. Amy specializes in identifying learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), giftedness, and other school-related challenges.
In her role, Amy supports students by helping them build on their strengths while addressing challenges with learning, attention, and emotional regulation. She takes the time to make sense of complex assessment results and turns them into clear, practical strategies that can be used at school and at home. She is guided by a strong belief in inclusivity, early interventions, and helping every student discover their potential. Her goal is to empower students and their families with knowledge and strategies that foster success at school and beyond.
