Sarah Wray, a soon-to-be graduate of the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling College (OPCC), is a compassionate psychotherapist dedicated to supporting her clients on their journey towards emotional well-being. Sarah specializes in psychodynamic psychotherapy, which emphasizes the interpretation of past experiences on present behaviour and recognizes interpersonal patterns as pivotal to self-awareness and the cultivation of fulfilling relationships.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Sarah is committed to fostering an inclusive and safe therapeutic environment where clients feel valued and understood. Drawing from her vigorous training, lived experiences, and ongoing professional development, she utilizes a variety of techniques to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, disability, relationship conflicts, life transitions, parenting challenges and family dynamics in a non-judgemental environment. Sarah takes a client-focused approach while integrating research-based modalities, including but not limited to psychodynamic, relational, humanistic, emotion-focused, mindfulness and attachment therapies.
Sarah believes in the transformative power of therapy and works collaboratively with her clients to explore their feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate resilience.
